2.Collaboration/consultation with your local physician or therapist: Dr. Krakow can advise and facilitate your care with your local physician or therapist for problems related to disturbing dreams and other sleep disorders.

3.Personal on-site consultation: For those with the resources to visit New Mexico, Dr. Krakow can provide individual treatment for nightmares and other sleep disorders; and, the Center for Sleep Medicine & Nightmare Treatment can also provide or access state-of-the-art sleep diagnostic equipment if overnight sleep testing is indicated.

4.Internet Communication: both e-mail, ICQ or instant messaging are available and may be particularly helpful to international clients. Such clients will make the most efficient use of their time by initiating their treatment with the Audio Series, "Turning Nightmares Into Dreams." And, during or after their use of the CD, they will be positioned to pose focused questions to Dr. Krakow.

5.Live web-casting: for group or individual treatment of nightmares will include live video-conferencing. This service is not yet available, but in coming months, computer specifications and other details for participation will be described at this site.
