We offer both products and services toward that end, all of which have been researched by myself or others in the field of nightmare and sleep disorders treatment. Nightmare treatments are offered through this website in various ways, including books, CDs, personal therapy and live group webcasting. Sleep disorders treatments are offered through collaborative efforts with your local doctor, therapist, or sleep disorders specialist. Our programs are designed to provide you with new approaches and options in the treatment of disturbing dreams and related sleep disorders. Above all, we seek to help you overcome these problems through safe and scientifically-proven techniques that incur few side-effects. |
